summer of 2026 season is quickly coming to an end! we ARE still working on a lot of changes!
It's hard to believe the Summer 2026 season will be ending in less than 2 months! We hope everyone has been enjoying the updates that have been done. The 2027 Reservations are being taken at the office but they haven't been opened up to the website yet. Just give us a call if you're starting to plan your 2027 vacations. This allows us to give our returning customers priority for the next summer. The office does not have signs posted but please stop at the first building past the owner's campers on the right side of the driveway.
The new owners -- Dave and Kris Lee -- are still working hard on updates to the campground. We will have a lot of changes coming in the next few years and will be sharing them with you on the announcements page and with updated pictures as they are finished.
The owners request that you do not feed the wildlife -- this includes deer, ducks, seagulls, chipmunks, etc.
D&K Log Cabin Resort & Campground, LLC Staff
D & K Log Cabin Resort and Campground, LLC will be open for the 2026 season from May 15th to October 5th for the whole campground. The pull-thru sites will be open until October 15th but the shower house will be closed from October 6th thru the 15th. Reservations can be made by phone or online. As you're browsing our website, don't forget to check out our Announcements Page for all of the changes occurring in the campground!

D&K LOG CABIN RESORT & CAMPGROUND, LLC
This hidden gem is located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in the small town of Curtis on Big Manistique Lake. The campground is approximately 25 acres and contains both campsites and cabins to allow everyone to enjoy in whatever fashion they wish. There are 54 campsites available with everything from electric only sites for tenting to pull-thru sites with full hook-ups which are up to 77 feet long (concrete pads are not the entire length of the site). The 14 cabins also have a large selection to choose from -- from the oldest log cabin on the waterfront dating back to the early 1900's built by lumberjacks to a modular home which will house up to 13 people.
We have wood for sale on the premises and to protect our trees NO OUTSIDE WOOD IS ALLOWED.
