The largest and most modern of our cabins, Spruce is actually a modular home with a basement that was used as the home for the previous owners.  With the 3 bedrooms, a king size bed, double beds and bunks, Spruce can accommodate up to 13 guests!  There are 2 full baths on the main floor along with the kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom.  All other sleeping areas are located in the walk-out basement.  The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, coffee maker, utensils, plates, cups, refrigerator, toaster, pots and pans.  Outside you have a large, private yard with a fire pit.  A weber grill is supplied.  Linens are provided but be sure to bring your own towels!  There is NO Air Conditioner.

Fees for this cabin are $145 per night or $960 per week.  This price does not include pet or additional guest fees of $20 to $60 per week for each or the 9% tax.  An example fee for 2 nights with a pet would be  $336.10 = $290 (cabin rental)+$20 (1 pet)+$26.10 (tax)
